Located in the Zeyrek district of the Fatih district of Istanbul, the Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Hammam (Çinili Hammam) was built by Mimar Sinan in the middle of the 16th century (1534-1546). The Çinili Hammam in Zeyrek, one of the four districts of Istanbul included in the UNESCO World Heritage list within the scope of its historical sites, is considered one of the architectural examples that best reflect the historical and cultural heritage of the city of Byzantine, Roman and Ottoman.
The building, which is one of the first and largest baths built by Mimar Sinan in Istanbul, will be put into operation as a museum-hammam complex in 2023, following the ongoing conservation and restoration works by The Marmara Group since 2010. Within the scope of the restoration works, the electrical works of the building, which has an area of 10,000 m², have been carried out by CEMAK Elektrik AS since 2018 carried out.
